A step-by-step guide on how to use CBT to enhance your clients’ lives
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy focuses on the way people think, feel and behave to help them overcome emotional and behavioural issues. It uses scientifically researched and tested methods to bring about effective change.
CBT is highly successful in treating anxiety and depression. For instance, it is used to treat many other issues such as addictions, anger, OCD, low self-esteem, panic, phobias, and PTSD. Because CBT has a natural synergy with hypnotherapy, the two approaches can be combined together. As a result, the combination forms a powerful toolkit of interventions that last well beyond the end of client sessions.
