Using Emotional Freedom Techniques with Clients – One Day Workshop live via Zoom
19th February @ 10:00 - 15:30 GMT
GBP150 – GBP170
EFT, commonly known as ‘tapping’, is a type of energy psychology and is a form of non-invasive acupuncture. EFT works on the principle that all negative emotions are disruptions of the body’s energy systems. It’s a quick release mechanism that works by simply tapping on various energy meridian points whilst talking about a negative issue, which puts the body and mind back in balance.
This technique is easy to learn and has been helping reduce negative emotions for many years since 1995 when it was founded in the USA by Gary Craig.
Recently, there have been many upsetting and uncertain events caused by the pandemic. Because of this, we are finding that more and more people need help quickly with issues and problems that have appeared in the last couple of years. In order to help your clients to the maximum potential, why not consider adding Emotional Freedom Technique to your therapeutic toolbox?
Using Emotional Freedom Techniques will help your clients with many different problems and difficulties, including:
Removing Negative Emotions
Reducing or Eliminating Cravings, Anxiety, Trauma and PTSD
Reducing or Eliminating Pain
Dealing with Fears and Phobias
Implementing Positive Goals
During the Emotional Freedom Techniques training workshop, you will have the opportunity to learn the principles of EFT, and will then practice this with other delegates. And as always with our workshops we guarantee to give ongoing support to delegates by either phone or email, following the conclusion of the workshop.
On the EFT workshop, you will learn:
An explanation of EFT
